Your package includes six hours of cinematic videography, ensuring the memories of your wedding live on for generations.

As your guests arrive, they'll gather around our beautifully restored mobile bar while enjoying the peaceful country setting.

With a drink in hand, family and friends can relax, reconnect and soak up the atmosphere before the ceremony begins.

Once we're notified that you're on your way, our team will invite everyone to take their seats in preparation for your arrival.

Nestled amongst the trees and surrounded by beautiful countryside, your ceremony embraces everything couples love about a country wedding.

Brown Americana chairs provide comfortable seating while you exchange your vows beneath towering trees.

You're also welcome to personalise the space with your own florist, fresh flowers, plinths or styling pieces to create a ceremony that's uniquely yours — or simply let us dress the arbour with our artificial arrangements at no extra cost.

Following your ceremony, guests will make their way into the beer garden where they'll enjoy drinks from our van bar while our team serves delicious hot canapés.

Relax beneath the umbrellas, wander through the gardens and enjoy the company of your favourite people while you capture beautiful wedding portraits.

Or venture just ten minutes away to Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove Beach or the dramatic coastal cliffs for breathtaking portraits.

While you're enjoying a quiet moment with your bridal party, we'll welcome your guests into the barn for the first reveal of your reception.

Beautifully styled tables, warm candlelight and elegant décor create an unforgettable first impression.

Before making your grand entrance, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a private drink, have something to eat and simply take a breath together.

Then comes one of our favourite moments — your grand entrance into a room filled with the people who love you most.

Your professional MC and DJ will guide the evening effortlessly, ensuring every formality flows naturally.

Enjoy a generous chef-prepared meal before speeches, laughter and unforgettable memories fill the room. At Ivory Barn, all meals are prepared by our onsite chef and kitchen team, allowing us to maintain the high standard of food quality and service we're proud to offer every couple and their guests.

You're welcome to personalise your celebration with additional dessert experiences such as an ice cream van, gelato cart, doughnut wall, coffee cart or dessert station outside of your included package.

As the sun begins to set, sneak away for a few golden hour photographs before returning to celebrate on the dance floor. From your first dance until the final song, we'll be quietly working behind the scenes so you can simply enjoy every moment.
